Ethan provided outstanding customer service as always on this ticket. I was receiving an undeliverable message on a high importance email and could not determine the reason it would not send. I learned that the attachments were too large, which resulted in breaking the email into multiples to successfully send. Thank you, Ethan, for teaching me something new.
