Michael was great but someone else notified me the week before that this was set up and ready to work and i even received her e-mail confirmation and password. However, she wasn't even in the system.

The only reason for not receiving excellent...

The only reason for not receiving excellent service is for the length of time it took to fix. I placed the ticket on Tuesday but it wasn't resolved until Thursday. I realize it was not urgent (per se) but we do have Gold Service so I guess I've come to expect that all the time. :-)
