Christian did a great job and followed procedures. Timing was slowed because of additional approvals needed on our end. Although the the primary issue can be seen as being on our end, I'd like a partner that provides more best practices and proactively provides feedback for potential improvements.

I felt it took a little longer than it should...

I felt it took a little longer than it should have to get the software installed on the resources laptop. It took 7 days from when the request was submitted until it was completed.
