Jacobs Otto, my customer service representative, guided me through all aspects of the technical issue I was experiencing. He tested the system, program and settings thoroughly until he identified the specific disconnect and helped me resolve it. I cannot thank Jacobs and Clever Ducks enough for the help I received today.

Such great staff! Aaron and Sebastian have made sure to check in after solving the problems to see if they’re still happening. This is much appreciated because sometimes I do not have time to contact them and it saves me the leg work!
