I wanted to thank Matthew for the time that he spent on the phone with me this morning. The Azure AD profile migration process needed an updated prospective from the end user to highlight things that would make it easier and more streamlined for both the TANYR users as well as the DE team and remove frustrations. Mattherw was more than willing to listen to the suggestions as well as create additional steps within the process to alleviate the communication "misses" and provide a more supportive process and approach. Thank you, Matthew, for your dedication to your clients, its truly appreciated. These are the reasons that DE is my favorite IT team!
