Anita and her team have been true partners. Not only in our day to day needs, but also when we have high priority situations. IT is something that you only hear about when people are grousing and something has gone wrong. I love that there is very little grousing!!! And I love the responsiveness when there is a problem. The proactive strategy is also very good -- forces us to think ahead and strategically about our IT and its fit with our business. Helps to avoid problems. Finally, I like that you understand our business, our excentricities in IT and our limitations -- and you work WITH US to help come up with the best solutions that fit everyone's needs.
