I really appreciate Eric's commitment to getting this issue resolved. He took the time to get to the root of the problem. I felt secure when he pulled out his handy checklist to make sure all bases would be covered in building me a new profile and implemented/explained the strategy. He even stayed on the phone with me while we tested out my new profile and making sure emails were sending properly before hanging up with me. I truly appreciate that he didn't just slap a band-aid on it and call it good - he fixed it for good this time! Thank you, Eric! You made my job much easier.
