Corey was great and helpful. My only complaint is expectations management - I wish that when Integris had let me know that they would be responding, the fact that it was a full two days later would have been helpful to know. While I sent the request on a Friday afternoon, it would have been fine for you to tell me that you wouldn't respond until Monday but the wording of the email makes it sound like the response will be imminent. Thanks.
