When things get busy in the office, it's hard to remember what's going on behind the scenes - I really appreciated that Siebren kept me updated and even followed up to make sure everything was working before closing out the ticket. If he hadn't, we would not have known that one person did not have access to the drive requested which would have resulted in another ticket submission later down the road. Excellent service, as always.

Siebren was great to work through my issues with laptop, iphone, and Ipad to get me up and running. I thought yesterday I was going to be upside down for a week but we got it done in about 1 an hour or so. Thanks for his efforts to make this happen for me. Bill
