Well you guys hit it out of the park again! I made a mistake and you not only fixed it but you did it in record time. The customer service is great but the new phone system...has a lot to be desired.

Rough start. I was not given all the information in the beginning to correct issue but Clever Ducks came through in the end by taking over the situation & resolving the issue. Employees were very nice but I wish they had resolved the issue remotely initially.
