Took over 10 minutes to be connected to a technician, and the technician sounded very confused as to what caused my issue and took another 20 minutes to unlock my VPN station. Technician was friendly and I had no personal issues with him.

I find it hard to understand, when I called in a ticket for my company and was told by Tyler White that the ticket was set for a "Priority One Level," and it was not! When my employee called again at 1000PST to confirm, we was told no ticket had been submitted. This cost my company an estimated $15,000 in revenue and caused a backlog of work for my system. Why are updates to the server and software are not completed after working hours? Luckily Chris Lasecki wasable to fix the problem. Give him a raise!
