Although all positive answers, I truely am NOT impressed by response times. Scott Grittner was a 10+ all the way. And, I know things are busy, BUT we live in a 24 hour world now. There should be no "after hours". With the advent of "work-from-home" the 9 to 5 day is gone. Why are you still holding on to it? It's almost an irony that you want your techs to work off site and from home, but only during traditional business hours. What? Really? Why are you, the people who created the work from home environment, so special?

once i got to a tech - Chris - he was very helpful in solving my issue. The only problem I had with this last experience was to be able to reach someone. ONce I did, however, the service was great. thank you!
