After three (3) years one would think that you would have mastered a new employee set-up, but once again, basic programs were not installed. I opened a ticket to do this on Tuesday, February 21st, but nothing was done until the end of the day on Friday, February 24th. So, there was no time to look at the set-up on Friday before the new employee started on Monday. She spent most of the day on the phone with Integris trying to get the programs that should have automatically been included. What a way for someone to start their new job.
