As in past Mark's experience helped get this tech problem solved -- He stuck with the issue until he found the right solution with the phone company. Only suggestion would be to send an e-mail or call with "working on a solution-but long delay with phone company" Mark's experience with phone systems (& company) insures he finds a solution.
