Ryan was able to do exactly what I requested for my portion of the request. He was very helpful with talking me through what he asked me to assist with and was very articulate as to what he was doing along the way to achieve my desired goal. He showed me what he was doing and I will attempt to set up Scott's email in the way we requested as Ryan wasn't able to gain access to his computer at the time of his call. Ryan has informed me he's happy to assist with doing it if Scott contacts him. I am very happy with the assistance provided today.
