I have been telling others of y'all's service to us and the performance that we enjoy. I do have one question, is this monthly service available to others as it is to us and if so, what's the cost. Y'all have really come through when we've needed it and we don't mind telling others. We remember some of the pesky problems from the past and how y'all worked through them to provide as near a perfect working environment as possible. Thanks Fred K.
