The Integris side of things was good. Great coms; kept us up-to-date daily. Sentinel One's side of things, I'm less pleased with. First, there appears to be years of history with S.O. flagging this particular browser. False flags happen, but years of false flagging the same legitimate program is a problem. Second, I could find no recourse other than submitting a ticket with our service provider and waiting for that process to play out. It took longer than we originally anticipated.
