Adam was super helpful. He allowed me to explain the situation and was quick to start troubleshooting. Although while on the phone we could not quite get it, but Adam hung on and figured out while I was out. I have no doubt Adam will be able to diagnose and solve these issues in the future quickly and efficiently.

Shane was very kind, caring, and never made us feel stupid or ignorant about our questions. He went above and beyond with both his customer service and in helping us fix the issues we were having. He also contacted Merleta for us in regard to our issues to help us find a more permanent solution to our problem. We greatly appreciate his help and his great attitude. It wasn't a hard task to restore the folders that got deleted, but it would have taken quite a few hours to remake the work affected. I really appreciate that you all can fix these issues so quickly, just a few minutes, when an accident happens.

SyteLine has been running slow and having issues...

SyteLine has been running slow and having issues for about a month now. It seems when we call, the issues don't get fully resolved so we might need more research into why we run into some many problems since it is our main software for the business as a whole.
