Initially called about this issue, told the support person I got ahold of to give someone who was onsite a call to further diagnose, and that never happened. Usually after a call to the support team a ticket is opened but that wasn't the case this time. Caused a hit to productivity to that site while the network was down. Once this ticket was submitted and Scott got involved things went smooth and getting things back up was quick. Scott gets a 10/10

This issue was NO JOKE. It started when I lost the ability to resize photos in PowerPoint. We spent hours troubleshooting - doing updates on everything from my computer to my mouse, dealing with internet outages and stalled updates and Scott eventually - somehow magically and genious-ly - figured out that the issue was in my docking station. We tried to run updates to the driver, and then the internet went out mid-update which seemed to cause even more problems. I am just so baffled that an issue that started with my inability to resize photos because the little mouse arrow wouldn't allow me to grab the edge of the photo was related to a docking station issue and I'm so impressed he was able to figure this out... I was ready to throw my computer out the window and had already gotten approval for a new one, so THANK YOU Scott for continuing to troubleshoot with me and get this one figured out. Sincerely, GOCO's IT Problem Child. Haha.
