There were some parts of this transition that were harder for us as we ended up with more email issues than we had anticipated. We understand that some things will happen during this process and I think we were just surprised by them. The main issue was with Lisa's Microsoft licensing and also with adding Marielle's email and the problems that occurred from adding that account. Overall, we are happy with DPC and enjoy your team very much. The level of customer service has been great and every team member that has helped us has been very kind and responsive. Moving forward I believe that we will have less issues than we have had in the past and we are very excited to be on board with you.
