Took a few extra trips and entrances into our residents units because of lack of planning. Wrong switch sizes were ordered yet again which has happened on EVERY upgrade we have done in the last couple years.

I’m struggling to understand the directions on the review. Two sets of 10 smiley faces per question and most of them have blended questions of two specific items so I assume each roll of 10 applies to each question asked? The ones that didn’t have two questions but has two rows of 10 :-) faces, I just left the second row incomplete? 🤷🏼‍♂️. Feedback is important so I’ll take my time to give you feedback right here. Their directions to start out with with the initial rating but beyond that this is just too cute. Regarding the renewal. I think the best feedback is that it took us a while to get scheduled through the holiday. It was still acceptable. The first effort at completing the project left us with some challenges and an incomplete project. It didn’t start out very smoothly and I think if a person were to review this as something other than a renewal, which is just a contracting process, and consider this a whole new on boarding, it would be viewed through a different set of eyes and approached differently. I don’t think that would be the magical approach, but it would certainly contribute positively. I had to voice my opinion strongly to get an action. It didn’t leave our mutual customer and client initially impressed. When it was approached the second time around, I was beyond impressed and felt it was treated with urgency and got things right out of the gate. It was a job well done, and they felt you finished very strongly. I was very happy. I think the end client that doesn’t have an IT staff isn’t quite sure what success looks like therefore, the first impression is their last impression and the second effort was a good recovery. I thought it was very good, and I learned a few things myself where we could’ve done a better job and I could’ve done a better job so lesson learned all the way around. In the end nice work thank you for your help.

Project completed pretty quickly from my point of view. Communication was good through the short duration of the project. We'll learn in future projects whether we missed anything.

I cannot tell which way the scale goes on the additional questions. All of the faces are blue with a straight face. Overall we were satisfied with project. Your team has set the bar high, getting the transition completed and all new workstations and servers up and running by lunch time of the day of launch. Excellent work. Thank you to Jeff, Nick and Zach who were the faces of the transition. If there were others, thanks to them as well.
