I had to make 3 requests for service and move to a complaint before RSW actually followed through with my request for service. Once a rep actually took ownership of my request, the request was handled fairly promptly. However my request stated clearly I was looking to add 2 items to the main page of my website. They added only 1, then added my 2nd request well down on my homepage where a user would need to scroll in order to find it. I never spoke with Carletta. So these remarks should not reflect upon her
