On 9/1/23, while going over a server OS upgrade...

On 9/1/23, while going over a server OS upgrade qutoe, discovered that we possibly had an entire server up and supported for a single user for two years. Asked to have this verified before we do anything. They reported back on 9/8/23 that was the case and we did not need this server. Discovered 9/14/23 that the entire organization may rely on that server for remote connectivity. Am concerned that there is no documentation from our managed service team's side regarding such important matters.
