Dustin did great. He was helpful and resolved the issue. We continue to have work stoppage events from the slow service and incomplete work. My 2FA was poorly executed and locked me out two weeks ago. We changed my passwords then. I have had previous tickets about my passwords not working between unlocking my work station and logging into Outlook. This stuff keeps happening for something that was supposed to be "managed by Integris so that we don't have to worry about IT issues and we can focus on our business."

Alex is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He got my computer back up and running in less than an hour, so I could get back to work. He did a great job!
