Siebren was great, thanks again. I don't think the ticket was originally assigned to him, so this isn't his fault, but this was a fairly urgent request that was unaddressed for hours. I was unable to remote in to my desktop, so I essentially was unable to work. I am fortunate that I live close to the office, so I ended up going in after an hour or so of no response. I called a few times just after 8 am and wasn't able to reach a tech, and I only received support when I called again around 11 am.
