I realize life is busy, and so is work. But this was a password reset. WE don't have the ability to do it from our office, so we have to rely on Integris. Normally responses are pretty good, but as of late, times almost if not more than an hour to reset a password is I don't know what other than unacceptable. The tech himself was GREAT, and friendly. But overloaded with IT Issues I am sure.

Amy was great! All your folks are great. But it takes forever to answer a ticket now, the last 6 months has been terrible, with respect to how Capstone/Iconic/Integris used to be. It should not take 36 hours to reset a password.
