Seemed seamless and very efficient. I had already spent (lost) 1 h of my time with someone from Dell support for nothing. Brian came in stealth mode, after I had finished my day, remoted to it and the next morning everything is just fine! Thanks. I think for some of the issues I had only time will tell, i.e. the different unexpected shutdowns and blue screens, but I hope this is now and it's all done. Thanks again.
