I was extremely disappointed in the delay it took for someone to respond to my request. I had to call three times to leave follow up messages. Several colleagues have had told me they have had the same experience. In my case, when the technician contacted me, he did a terrific job in solving the problem. I realize the emphasis to use voice mail technology instead of people has some businesses moving in that direction, I believe not being able to speak to a live person to initially requesting assistance was the principal factor in this case and lowered your customer service.
