The response has been quick, the only challenge is the recurring nature of the issue; however, it is my understanding that it is a larger issue, possibly with the user and that it is being addressed.

Our frustrations, are still the same. Cannot call the office and talk to anyone, cannot get ticket ("URGENT") reply before 830-9AM, My office opened at 7AM and had limited access to Quickbooks business system, because of a setting on the server needed to be reset and we do not have access to it, and could not use Multi user mode of software until this was fixed. Yes Amy did a good job on fixing the problem, but I also asked in the ticket to be granted access to fix this in future on the server if we need to, that has not been addressed so I hope ticket is open still.
