It takes a long time to get a response beyond the 1st ticket. They call when ever they want even if it is not conveient for the person that is having issues. When we finally spoke I was told that is was going to be a challenge because I am not in the office and he was unable to find my computer. I was then told mulitple times I have this problem becasue I use a MAC. This is a company computer that was given to me. I don't need passive aggressive comments about the computer I am using. If Macs are problematic and a reoccurring issue for your company and employees you should look into how to resolve the issues. I know I am not the only one that uses your services that has a MAC. in the end it was fixed the day I made the request but I did need to call at 4:50pm to make sure it was done before I left for a work trip.
