Elan figured out why the content of my outside emails were disappearing/not loading correctly! Coincidentally, he came down to work on my left monitor that has been going on and off for a couple of months. Today is went out completely. He suggested changing the monitor set up from VGA (to an display-port converter in the hp dock) to I believe a display to display set up. In fixing that, he corrected the issue with the disappearing emails. The converter was holding up the graphics in the emails. He explained that going from analog to digital through the converter can make things hectic. I just went back and opened up one the old problem emails, and everything is there clear as day!!
