This issue went on for months before it was addressed. In the meantime, I was printing with hardwired options. When the tech showed up on site at least a month after the initial call, he set the printer up wirelessly again. It worked for a few days. Then it stopped work yet again. I tried to just use my hardwire but this time,. that failed as well. I have not called back as I am beyond frustrated and have just been using the main printer that our office uses in an effort to not interrupt my work. I will likely try to resolve this myself when time permits. Very dissatisfied.
