We always like working with Kris! The score is lower than it might be otherwise since the printer was not set up on the computer. We had to open another ticket for Alex to install the printer drivers today; there were some difficulties with that which will require Brandon to call back in later to finish up, so there will be more downtime that could have been avoided if this were set up initially on the new computer before we received it.

This connection issue between our data vendor...

This connection issue between our data vendor and the credit union was resolved due to your diligence. Both of you stayed on task and fixed the issue, that was our data vendor's modem and backup system. A couple of problems that had to be solved. Had to also involve CFU that was being affected by the modem issue. Quite a complex problem that you resolved for the credit union. Thank You
