I put a disappointing rate for the Service Desk, but maybe that isn't correct. I called in on Dec 22 and updated my phone password and it was done while I was on the phone which is how it has always been done. But when I returned from holidays on Jan 9, the password wasn't working, so I called in again. This is where my disappointment comes in. This time when I called I was told I had to make a ticket and was put through to someone else. I spoke to another person and they took my info again for the ticket. I was emailed the open ticket and later on received another email from John Paul saying that there was an appointment set up for a technician to work on this between 5pm-7pm yesterday. I emailed back saying we are closed at 4.30 and could someone call before that. I didn't get any response. This is where I am disappointed. Today, I received an email from Devin saying that my VM Pin has been reset and that was followed up by a call 5 minutes after the email. We chatted for a second and then I hung up and tried the new PIN and was able to retrieve my messages. I called Devin back to confirm that I was successful. Done quick and easy. This is where I have exceptional. I just seemed to take a long time for a quick update in the first call is all. Donna
