VersaTrust has been serving the Texas area since 1997, providing IT Support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses. It's always been our goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector, with small business prices. Bob, who is known as Bobby Mac here at the office, continues to grow his legend. He stayed past closing time working on our exchange server and battled with AT&T to ensure certain ports were not blocked. We owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude. Heroic. 10/10

Grant continues to show elite tech skills. I was unable to open Microsoft Outlook due to some unknown reason; however, I remembered something Grant told me long ago - "believe in yourself". Immediately, I knew what had to be done to correct the issue. I'm unsure if this problem would have been corrected if not for Grant's wisdom, which luckily stuck with me from our past encounters. 10/10.
