Initially the requested quote had been sent to someone in our organization who has been away. Once I reached out to find out where the quote was, we received all the information quickly, and the following purchase & install of the new desktop for one of our PM's went very quickly. I was very overwhelmed by the type of order that our organization (BCACPA) needed and Complete Technologies made it a seamless process. They even helped us to keep the inventory until our nonprofit found a space, during the lockdown.
