Bogdan provide a good explanation of what he did to address this recurring problem. I give a 9 for overall satisfaction as this has been a recurring problem to occurs randomly. Sufficient time has not passed to know if the problem has been resolved to not recur. However, I believe his approach was sound and I am encouraged.
