It would have been helpful if we were contacted via phone to know that the issue was being addressed after I called to elevate the issue to a priority because some of our employees couldn’t work until the issue was resolved. About an hour after I called, I checked the portal for the status, where I saw that the issue was escalated internally by Mariah. My suggestion if a ticket is a priority because workers can’t work, that the engineer working on the issue communicate with the employee who initiated or the man contact that the ticket is being addressed.
