Cody is a pleasure to talk with over the phone regarding the issues. I wish he was able to familiarize himself with on site stuff equipment (printers, computers, etc.) so that in the future he is able to correct an issue from the office without having to call in multiple times. Other than that, he's very knowledgeable in his work.
