Craig Blanzy helped restore the missing folders and files to our desktop computer. He was very professional, very sharp (real smart), and very polite and friendly - everything you want from the Technical Help Desk. I am so very happy to get the folders and files back on our shared desktop computer (there are three of us at the Front Desk sharing and using the same computer).
