The guys were great. As all your support team is....what I was not happy with was waiting three days. I thought it was relatively easy (I wanted SNS 209 profile for frontdesk@sandnsea.com mirrored to already set up SNS 109) , but apparently not, and it had to be escalated and given a three day window. We had to suddenly send someone who had been exposed to covid home with a computer. That was the rush.
