Rafael was competent and knew how to fix my computer with the locked up issue I was having. He was also confident in that his fix was going to make sure it didn't happen again and be a continual same problem.

Two areas of improvement: 1. I would have liked to have had a better triage response -- including an answer to my question whether a new software package was being pushed to my machine. 2. Once I was able to confirm that, I would have liked to have been informed BEFORE my laptop began acting like an aluminum brick. That said, once Kamil contacted me, he provided excellent service and troubleshooting logic that led to the restoration of my laptop's expected performance. He should be commended for his efforts and professionalism.
