The priners were being shared on multiple computers, all the printers had to be removed and the readded to each workstation, only allowing the computers that the printers were attached to share. When you made it possible for my laptop to print on a additional printer via the network, other computers could not print. I had to bring in the software representative to fix the printer issues after you failed to do so for 2 weeks.

I was very satisfied with the response and the quickness of having a technician on site. I was not present on Thursday when the actual repairs were made so not able to accurately respond, though the report I have from my people is very good. Brandon kept me informed along the way and Brian provided me detail information on the repairs to be made via the work ticket.
