Leon was in the office (I wasn't) on the day I submitted the ticket. he immediately started completing my ticket request. I reached out to him the next day and he called me back within a very short period of time. Leon was engaging and patience as he guided me through certain aspect of transferring data to my new computer. He followed up early this morning and everything is Great. His professionalism reflects Providyn expectations. Definitely satisfied.
