Thanks to Tom for being VERY patient with me! It wasn't a big issue, and it was critical, so I was very slow in doing what I needed to do to help resolve it. Tom stuck with me and got it done. Thanks Tom!

Tom was great in his part of service however, our challenge was not resolved which needed to be that day. We were given a contact # to vendor to complete our challenge. Shouldn't Tom have done this in order to complete his service? We ended up having to contact an outside source to only find that a possible previous Connecting Point maintenance might have been the issue we are not able to access remotely. Why was this not completely check into? Please see notes: 2-1-1 operator unable to reach our Call Manager in the Springs, this is a routing issue (I wonder if this issue is tied to the new switch you got and they may have missed this setting). Can you kindly ask Connecting Point to make sure the vpn configuration is correct and that you can ping 172.16.100.200 and 172.16.100.202 from a vpn connection. In addition, ask them if you have a new IP address that we are not aware, if so we will need it to make a change on our end.
