It was nice getting to meet Adam when he was onsite. Adam was very tenacious in solving the problem I was having. He gave me options and made sure I understood to the best of my knowledge. He was very patient with me and had great follow through until he knew the issue was 100% resolved. Adam made sure to make notes in how to correct the problem if it should occur again. I was very pleased. Thanks, Adam!
