Not only does Tim fix our problems he always adds to Mike Magnuson's knowledge base to enable him to handle more problems on site. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this.

Normally we will go right to the main vendor, but Microsoft suggested talking to Info Advantage first. So we did and they were quick to respond to the issue. We did need to get further into the issue as resetting 30-40 user passwords wasn't really an option when passwords cannot be changed externally so Info Advantage's team opened up a ticket for us which Microsoft is still digging into.
