Thank you Edward for going above and beyond. The phones were out when everything else went down and we had shift starting soon. He was a great help when remote troubleshooting didn't find the problem. He came out late Sunday evening and got the 123Net vendor on a call to figure it out. Great to have you in our corner, Edward.
