Why Integrated Axis? Integrated Axis is an Employee owned company (ESOP) and we bring a fresh approach to technology consulting. Thank you for working this through.. I would just ask that if you do a hand off from a major remote install, with our Main office working with Stephen Glenn, that you wait and schedule with the original Technical Support Person. In this case, we needed to finish the install of the laptop and transfer of files with Stephen, so he needed to finish, even if the work had to be postponed to meet his schedule. He had the knowledge of which files needed to be transferred and saved in the data base. Alethea
