Surprised that system restore points were not...

Surprised that system restore points were not created regularly. When I was told that I needed to reset windows, nothing was mentioned about losing all settings/bookmarks/apps/etc. A system restore point could have saved me days of downtime trying to re-establish my user ID's, passwords, bookmarks, software setups, etc. Since this service was not relayed as an item not provided we were unaware of the potential consequences. Additionally, I thought all updates were delayed until they were verified as safe for installation.

I wish he would have reminded me how to update...

I wish he would have reminded me how to update my email on my laptop while we were on the fone. I did reboot MS Outlook on my computer and it forced me to enter the new/correct password.
